Job Title: Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive

Job Location : Korattur,Chennai

Office-based

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Incentives (performance-based)

Telecallers (The person will actually do)

Make outbound calls to customers from provided data

Explain product/service clearly in local language (Tamil)

Follow a simple call script (no improvisation needed)

Update call status in Excel / CRM / WhatsApp format

Follow up with interested leads

Meet daily call and conversion

This is not customer service. This is calling + follow-up .

Working Hours

9 AM – 6 PM

6 days a week

Weekly 1 day off

Required Skills (Keep expectations realistic)

Basic speaking ability (not fluency)

Willingness to make 100–120 calls per day

Basic mobile / computer usage

Ability to handle rejection

Should listen and follow instructions

Freshers preferred.

Experienced telecallers Also Preferred .

10th / 12th / Any degree

Age: 18–35
