Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for a Telecaller with good English communication skills and strong computer knowledge to support our medical billing operations. The candidate will work from home and handle client communication, follow-ups, and basic system-related tasks.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to clients and healthcare offices.
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to client inquiries professionally.
  • Follow up with clients and maintain call records.
  • Enter and update information in Excel sheets or CRM systems.
  • Assist the team with data entry and documentation related to medical billing operations.
  • Maintain proper communication records and reports.
  • RequirementsExcellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email, Internet).
  • Ability to work independently from home.
  • Must have laptop/desktop and stable internet connection.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
