•	Making & Receiving telephone calls and assisting defaulters
•	maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received
•	Informing defaulters about their debts and ensure payments are made 
•	Should able to send updates via Whats App to customers as & when required
•	Must handle 100+ outgoing/incoming calls daily
•	Convincing skills & should be Target oriented
