Telecaller – Hair & Skin Clinic

We are looking for a Telecaller to handle patient inquiries, follow-ups, and appointment booking for our Hair & Skin Care clinic. The role involves interacting with potential clients and converting leads into clinic visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls and explain clinic services

Call leads generated from marketing campaigns

Follow up with previous enquiries and pending clients

Book appointments for consultation

Maintain lead data and update CRM/records

Coordinate with branch sales team

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Tamil + basic English)

Confident speaking ability

Basic understanding of sales/follow-up

Freshers can apply

Preferred:

Experience in telecalling / customer handling

Background in clinic, salon,or service industry

Work Timing: 10Am To 7PM
