Job Description
Telecaller – Sales & Conversion - We are looking for confident, target-driven Telecallers – Sales & Conversion who can handle enquiries, counsel customers effectively, and convert leads into confirmed sales.
This role is strictly performance-oriented and suited for candidates who enjoy convincing, objection handling, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call incoming leads and enquiries
- Explain services/packages clearly and confidently
- Handle objections and close sales
- Follow up with interested leads via calls/WhatsApp
- Achieve daily and monthly conversion targets
- Maintain basic call and conversion records
Requirements:
- Strong communication & convincing skills
- Sales / telecalling experience preferred
- Comfortable with targets and pressure
- Basic phone & WhatsApp handling
- Tamil mandatory, English basic required
Salary:
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000
- Incentives: ₹5,000 – ₹12,000 (Performance based)
