Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Telecaller to manage inbound and outbound sales enquiries for our biometric products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering customer queries, generating leads, nurturing potential clients, and driving sales conversions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage sales pipelines effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle Inbound Enquiries:

• Respond promptly to incoming sales enquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information about Cams Biometrics products and services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Outbound Sales Calls:

• Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about new products, services, promotions, or offers.
• Generate new leads by proactively reaching out to prospects through cold calls and follow-up calls.
• Schedule appointments or demos with potential clients for the sales team.

Sales Conversion & Follow-up:

• Follow up with potential leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers, address concerns, and close deals.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of product knowledge to address customer queries effectively.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Maintain an updated database of customer information, interactions, and sales in CRM software.
• Provide excellent post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting or technical issues related to biometric products.

Reporting & Feedback:

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by management.
• Provide regular feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and product-related queries to the sales team.
• Prepare and submit sales activity reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Sales-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet targets.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer service focus, ability to handle objections, and build rapport with clients.
