**Position:** Telecalling / Telesales Executive

**Location:** \Chennai

**Industry:** \[E-vehicle / Automobile

**Experience:** 0–2 years (Freshers welcome)

### **Key Responsibilities:**

* Call potential customers from provided leads / database.

* Explain company products, offers, and services clearly.

* Convince customers to visit the showroom / book a test drive / place an order.

* Maintain customer records, follow up regularly, and close sales.

* Achieve daily / weekly / monthly sales targets.

* Handle customer queries politely and professionally.

* Share feedback from customers to the sales team for improvement.

### **Required Skills:**

* Good communication skills (Tamil / English / Hindi as required).

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM entry).

* Confidence, patience, and a positive attitude.

* Ability to handle rejections and continue calls effectively.

* Target-oriented mindset.

**Education:**

* Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream).
