KRIO Work Schedule
## 📞 Call Targets
- Minimum of *150 calls per day*.
- *Weekly breakdown*:
- *4 days* dedicated to fresh calls.
- *2 days* focused on follow-up calls and contacting clients who have received quotations.
- *Daily routine*: 1 hour each morning reserved for follow-up calls.
## 🕒 Working Hours
- Standard hours: *9:30 AM – 6:00 PM*.
- *Weekly requirement: Schedule at least **one meeting*.
## 🌐 Work Options & Salary
- *Office-based*: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
- *Work from home (WFH)*: ₹6,000 – ₹10,000 per month.
- *Sunday work*: Eligible for either one extra day’s salary or compensatory off.
## 🎯 Incentives (per site leads)
- 1–5 leads → ₹2,000
- 5–10 leads → ₹3,000
- 10–15 leads → ₹4,000
- 15–20 leads → ₹5,000
- More than 20 leads → ₹10,000
