Telecalling Executive

Job Description

Wheellers Global Edu is looking for a telecaller / Admission Counsellor to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, guiding prospective students, following up with leads, and supporting the admissions process through effective communication and counselling.

This role is ideal for someone who has good communication skills, confidence in speaking with students and parents, and the ability to build trust and maintain follow-ups professionally.

What you will do

• Handle student inquiries and admission-related communication
• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents
• Follow up with assigned leads and provide proper counselling
• Explain available courses, universities, and admission process
• Guide students throughout the admission journey
• Maintain proper follow-up and update lead status regularly
• Build good rapport with students and parents
• Attend online meetings and coordinate with the team
• Support the admissions team in day-to-day operations
• Ensure prompt response to student queries and assigned work

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / CRM

Experience in inside sales / telecalling / counselling / admissions / customer handling is an added advantage.
