Job Description

A Telesales Executive job involves using inbound/outbound calls to sell products/services, meeting sales targets, generating leads, handling customer inquiries, building rapport, and updating CRM systems, requiring strong communication, persuasion, and resilience to handle rejection while focusing on achieving revenue goals. Key responsibilities include persuading customers, processing orders, upselling, resolving complaints, and maintaining client data.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential clients, follow up on marketing leads, and generate new sales opportunities.
  • Customer Engagement: Answer incoming calls, understand customer needs, recommend suitable products, and persuade them to buy.
  • Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales quotas.
  • Account Management: Build strong customer relationships, manage accounts, and ensure satisfaction for repeat business.
  • Data Management: Accurately record customer details, call logs, and sales activity in the CRM.
  • Problem Solving: Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally, liaising with other departments as needed.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in a call center or telesales role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle rejection.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer programs (e.g., MS Office).
  • Strong listening skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • High school diploma; higher education is a plus.
