Telecalling Executive

ob Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating leads, and supporting sales activities for our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers for sales follow-up and service reminders

Handle inbound customer queries professionally

Explain vehicle features, offers, and finance options

Generate and maintain customer leads database

Schedule test drives and service appointments

Follow up with prospective customers to close sales

Maintain daily call reports and updates

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Degree

Good communication skills (Tamil required, basic English preferred)

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM handling)

Prior experience in telecalling / sales is an advantage

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹19,000 + Incentives
