Telecalling Executive

Speaklink Solution is looking for confident and customer-focused Female Telecallers to handle outbound calls in a professional Tamil voice process. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy communication and building rapport with customers.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers and explain company services clearly
• Handle customer queries politely and professionally
• Maintain accurate call records and follow-up details
• Build trust and long-term customer relationships
• Achieve daily calling targets with quality conversations
• Follow company scripts and communication standards

Required Skills

• Fluency in Tamil (clear and confident speaking)
• Basic understanding of customer handling
• Good listening and persuasion skills
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• 12th pass
• Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
• Chennai loacation candidates preferred(Near Parrys)

• Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Location: Work From Office
