Job Description
- Make outbound calls to landowners and property holders from provided databases or self-generated leads
- Explain KTM Realty’s land acquisition process and generate interest among potential sellers
- Gather key details about land parcels (location, size, ownership status, pricing expectations, etc.)
- Schedule meetings or site visits for the acquisition team
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM or tracking sheets
- Build and maintain good relationships with prospective landowners
- Follow up regularly with interested parties to move leads forward
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and lead generation goals
