Job Description
Make outbound calls to doctors, pharmacies, hospitals, and distributors to introduce pharmaceutical products.
Provide accurate information about medicines, formulations, and company services.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Follow up with existing clients regarding orders, product availability, and feedback.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM records.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.
