Job Description
We are looking for energetic and responsible Telecalling Executives to handle bank loan collection calls. The candidate will contact customers regarding pending loan payments and guide them to clear their dues.
Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending loan EMI / overdue payments.
Explain outstanding dues and convince customers to make timely payments.
Follow up with customers regularly until the payment is completed.
Maintain proper records of calls, commitments, and payment updates.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Coordinate with the internal team for payment updates and status tracking.
Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
