Job Description
Telecaller – Insurance Sales
Location: Kodambakkam
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month + Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
- Explain insurance products and services clearly
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable plans
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain records of calls and customer interactions
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Graduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication skills in Tamil (English is a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to convince and negotiate effectively
