ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
* Make and handle customer calls (Tamil voice process)
* Maintain customer database and follow-ups
* Understand customer needs and suggest the best solutions
* Handle objections professionally and collaborate with the team
* Strong negotiation, active listening, and a result-oriented mindset.
* Good communication skills in Tamil (basic English preferred)
* Explain products/services and convert leads into business opportunities
