Telecalling Executive

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers and explain our products/services.
• Generate sales through telephonic conversation.
• Maintain proper follow-up with interested customers.
• Update customer details and sales records accurately.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Maintain professional communication and good customer relationship.

Eligibility & Skills Required:

• Basic communication skills (Tamil & Hindi Preferred)
• Ability to convince customers over calls.
• Basic knowledge of handling phone calls.
• Sales-oriented mindset.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Salary Structure (Important):

Sales below ₹50,000:

👉 Salary will be commission-based only (No fixed salary).

Sales between ₹50,000 to ₹1,00,000:

👉 Fixed Salary of ₹6,000 will be applicable.

Sales above ₹1,00,000:

👉 Fixed Salary of ₹6,000 + Commission on the additional sales amount above ₹1,00,000.

Note: Fixed salary is applicable only if the minimum sales target of ₹50,000 is achieved.
