Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate leads for real estate projects.
• Schedule site visits with interested prospects to showcase properties and close deals.
• Utilize telemarketing skills to effectively communicate with clients over phone calls.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets through telesales efforts.
• Provide pre-sales support by gathering market intelligence, preparing presentations, and maintaining client relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in residential sales or related field (real estate).
• Strong calling, cold calling, pre-sales executive, real estate sales, site visit, telemarketing, and telesales skills required.
