Job Title:

Telecalling Executive – Voice / Blended ProcessJob Summary:We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to interact with customers through calls and digital platforms. The role focuses on maintaining good customer relationships by collecting feedback, addressing service-related queries, and clarifying product-related doubts. This is a non-sales role with no targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding delivery updates and feedback
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally
• Assist customers with product-related doubts and service concerns
• Ensure timely follow-up with customers when required
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system (CRM)
• Coordinate with internal teams (delivery, service, showroom) for issue resolution
• Provide a positive and satisfactory customer experience

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English (Hindi is an added advantage)
• Ability to handle customers politely and patiently
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM tools)
• Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills
