Propel insurance marketing Pvt Ltd is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Executives for our BPO process. The role involves handling customer queries, providing policy-related information, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally
• Assist customers with Life and health insurance policy details and queries
• Ensure quality service and follow company guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
