Telemarketing Executive

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telemarketing Executive to connect with potential customers, generate leads, and support business growth for our play area and entertainment services. The role involves outbound calls, follow-ups, and converting enquiries into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients (schools, malls, event planners, business owners).
• Explain our play area setups, game zones, and entertainment solutions
• Generate and qualify leads and enquiries
• Follow up on existing leads and proposals
• Maintain and update customer database in Excel/CRM
• Schedule meetings or site visits for the sales team
• Handle basic customer queries and provide information
• Achieve daily/weekly call and lead targets
