Job Summary:

The Telesales Executive is responsible for contacting potential customers via phone to promote and sell loan products such as Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, or Mortgage Loans. The role involves lead generation, customer engagement, explaining product features, handling objections, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain loan products (Personal Loan, Home Loan, Business Loan, etc.) and their benefits.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
• Generate and qualify leads from databases.
• Handle customer queries and resolve objections effectively.
• Follow up with customers for documentation and loan disbursement.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Good understanding of financial/loan products.
• Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset.
• Good negotiation and closing skills.

Qualification:

• Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred in Commerce, Business, or Finance)
• Experience: 1 - 5 years in telesales, telemarketing, or loan sales (preferred)
