Role OverviewWe are looking for a confident and result-oriented CRM Executive to handle inbound/outbound leads, interact with potential clients, and convert them into site visits for our real estate projects. This is a work-from-home opportunity with high earning potential based on performance.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall and follow up on qualified leads provided by the company
• Understand customer requirements and explain property details clearly
• Convert leads into site visits by convincing and engaging clients
• Coordinate with internal sales/site team for scheduling visits
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects
• Update lead status and track conversations properly
• Build strong customer relationships to improve conversions
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Work StructureInitial 5–6 days: Work from office (Vadapalani) for training
• Post training: Work from Home (Flexible)
• No field/site visits required
• Compensation & BenefitsCommission-Based Earnings: 1% on total sales
• Earning Potential: Up to ₹1.4 Lakh/month (based on performance)
