Telesales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive with 1–5 years of experience to join our sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers

• Explain products/services clearly and generate interest

• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales

• Maintain customer database and update CRM regularly

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Handle customer objections confidently

• Coordinate with the sales team for site visits (if required)

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of experience in telesales / telecalling / inside sales

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Ability to achieve targets

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools

• Positive attitude and strong follow-up skills
