Job Description
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads/databases
- Explain personal loan products, interest rates, eligibility, and repayment options
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions
- Generate and follow up on leads to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Collect and verify basic customer information and documents
- Coordinate with the sales/operations team for loan processing
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
