Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To achieve monthly targets.
2. Should be responsible for cross selling & up-selling
3. Resolve all the customer queries.
4. Give a good assistance for the customer about health insurance & make sales.
5. Maintain accurate record of all calls made and received.
6. Should be able to liaise with the appropriate department to resolve customer
complaints.
7. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage
