Telesales Executive

Enthusiastic customer-focused candidates to promote and process instant personal loan products from leading banks and microfinance companies across India. The role includes outbound calling, lead qualification, explaining loan features, documentation support, follows till final disbursal and ensuring a smooth and transparent customer experience .    

Responsibilities:

•    Make outbound calls to potential customers across India for personal loan offerings.

•    Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, documentation, and processing details in a clear and polite manner.

•    Understand customer needs and suggest suitable bank/microfinance loan options.

•    Collect required customer information and verify details as per company guidelines.

•    Sales Conversion: Clearly explain loan schemes, interest rates, and eligibility criteria to persuade and finalize the sale.

: Generate, follow up, and convert leads into successful loan applications followed by final loan disbursal .

: Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up status.

: Coordinate with backend and processing teams to ensure timely approvals.

•    Customer Handling: Professionally handle customer queries and objections regarding the loan process.

•    Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.

•    Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, data privacy, and company process standards.

Target Achievement: Strictly adhere to and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets. This role is 100% target-driven.

Requirements: 

•    Excellent verbal communication in English

•    Confident phone presence and strong interpersonal skills

•    Basic computer literacy (CRM tools, MS Office, WhatsApp, Email).

•    Good knowledge of basic loan products, interest rates, and financial terminology.

•    Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

•    Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable with remote work.

•    Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Work Setup (Mandatory Remote):

• Personal Laptop/Desktop in good working condition.
• Stable, high-speed Wi-Fi/Broadband connection (mobile hotspot is insufficient).
• A dedicated, noise-free space for making professional calls.
