Key Responsibilities

Lead Conversion: Connect with registered users to explain the benefits of our premium memberships.

Consultative Selling: Understand the specific requirements of members (caste, profession, location, etc.) and recommend the right plans.

Relationship Management: Build trust with parents and candidates through empathetic and professional communication.

Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through outbound calls and follow-ups.

Feedback Loop: Report customer concerns and suggestions to the product team to help improve our services.

Who You Are

The Conversationalist: You have excellent communication skills (English,Tamil,Telugu,Malayalam,Hindi,Urdu]).

The Empath: You understand that matrimonial decisions are sensitive and require a "soft touch" alongside a sales pitch.

The Closer: You are persistent, resilient, and motivated by incentives.

Experienced: Previous experience in inside sales, insurance, or service-based industries is a huge plus.
