Job Summary:

We are looking for a result-driven Sales Manager to lead our admissions and telesales team. The role involves driving student enrollments for IT courses, managing the sales team, and collaborating with marketing to achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual enrollment targets.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the telesales team to meet performance goals.
• Handle inquiries, follow up with leads, and convert prospects into course enrollments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, Working Clients, and corporate clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• 3+ years of sales experience (Training education industry is a plus/IT sector preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
