Job Description

  • Opportunity Identification: Monitoring tender portals, newspapers, and websites for new business opportunities relevant to the company.
  • Documentation & Preparation: Preparing, reviewing, and organizing all necessary technical and financial documents required for bid submissions.
  • E-Tendering: Handling online submission through electronic tender platforms, ensuring accurate and timely uploading of documents.
  • Coordination: Liaising with technical, sales, and finance teams to gather project specifics and commercial quotes.
  • Compliance: Ensuring all proposals meet industry standards, legal requirements, and company policies.
  • Follow-up: Tracking the status of submitted tenders and following up with clients for clarifications or updates.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining a detailed database of all tender activities, submissions, and outcomes
