Key Responsibilities

• Scalp and Hair Treatments: Perform deep conditioning, hair spa treatments, detox scalp treatments, and hair rejuvenation services.
• Consultation: Analyze scalp condition and hair health to recommend tailored, in-salon, and home-care regimens.
• Styling and Care: Apply, wash, and style hair using professional serums, clays, and creams.
• Customer Service: Build client trust, maintain, and update confidential client service records.
• Hygiene and Safety: Maintain a clean work area, sterilize tools, and follow safety protocols for products and equipment.
• Product Knowledge: Promote and upsell specialized hair care products and treatments. 

Requirements and Skills

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist, Hair Therapist, or Salon Therapist.
• Relevant certification in hairdressing, beauty therapy, or cosmetology.
• In-depth knowledge of hair and scalp biology, treatments, and product ingredients.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work with hands.
