TIG & MIG Welding Fabricator

A Welder TIG & MIG Welder and Fabrication Fitter performs complex fabrication and fitting tasks by accurately interpreting engineering drawings to assemble and weld metal components using MIG, TIG, and stick (ARC) welding techniques to produce high-quality products. Key responsibilities include preparing materials, ensuring structural integrity, adhering to safety standards, and maintaining welding equipment. 

• Fitting and Assembly: Accurately positioning, aligning, and fitting metal components together before and during the welding process. 
• Welding Processes: Applying proficiency in MIG (gas metal arc welding), TIG (gas tungsten arc welding), and Stick (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) techniques to join metal parts. 
• Quality Control: Inspecting the strength, precision, and overall quality of welded materials to meet standards. 
• Equipment Maintenance: Operating, maintaining, and ensuring welding machines, tools, and safety equipment are in good working condition. 
• Safety and Compliance: Adhering to strict safety protocols and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. 
• Welding Certifications: Certification from a recognized institution in relevant welding processes is often a plus. 
• Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of TIG, MIG welding techniques is a must. 
• The selected candidates must be willing to work at Out of Station at Client Site. The candidate must be willing to travel.
