Job Title: Bus Captain/Bus Travel Coordinator for Koyambedu, Chennai

Apply if you stay within 10 - 12 kms distance to Koyamvedu location.

Shift Type: Full-time (Night Shifts), permanent job

Shift Timing: Starts anytime between 7 PM - 11pm; Return in the morning (10 -12 hours round trip)

Example: Login at 10 PM and return by 10 AM/11 AM.

Language Requirements: Must speak fluent Tamil and English: 15 Openings

Telugu and Hindi - 10 openings

Job Responsibilities:

Manage spot bookings.

While travelling in Smartbus build good rapport and Convince passengers to purchase return journey tickets by offering discounts on the tickets.

Collect feedback, ratings, and reviews.

Maintain accurate daily accounts.

Travel long distances overnight (10 - 12 hours round trip) and return to the starting point in the morning.

Example: If you start from velachary Boarding Point at 10pm today night then return next day morning by 9am/10am to the same point.

Coordinate with bus drivers and cleaning staff.

Requirements:

Age: 19 - 35 years max (Male candidates only)

Education: Minimum 10th grade, diploma, or equivalent (Intermediate and degree holders are welcome)

Availability: Ability to work varying hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Skills: Traveling, customer service, hospitality, sales knowledge, and persuasive skills.

Salary & Benefits:

Freshers: ₹15,000/month take-home (after ESI Deductions, Insurance + Incentives )

Experienced Candidates: ₹16,000 - ₹20,000/month take home (with relevant experience in travel, sales, hospitality, or customer service and valid experience documents ).

Incentives: Attractive incentives ranging from ₹3000 to ₹15,000/month for selling return journey tickets for everyone
