UI / UX Designer

ADRPLEXUS is looking for a UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Figma to craft intuitive, high-impact digital learning experiences for doctors across India. The role involves designing user-centric interfaces for our ed-tech platforms, mobile apps, dashboards, and academic products used by NEET-PG and INI-CET aspirants.

You will work closely with product, academic, and tech teams to translate complex workflows into clean, functional, and scalable design systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive UI flows for web and mobile learning platforms
• Build wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
• Create and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides
• Improve UX across dashboards, LMS modules, analytics screens, and student journeys
• Collaborate with developers for design handoff and implementation accuracy
• Conduct usability reviews and iterate based on learner behavior and engagement data

Required Skills

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience with strong Figma expertise
• Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles
• Experience designing dashboards, data-heavy interfaces, and mobile-first products
• Ability to translate business and academic workflows into intuitive user experiences
• Attention to detail, typography sense, and visual hierarchy

Preferred

• Experience in ed-tech, healthcare, or LMS platforms
• Exposure to user research, journey mapping, and analytics-driven design
• Understanding of developer handoff, responsive design, and accessibility
