Job SummaryWe are looking for confident and result-oriented Telecallers to handle collections for telecom and banking clients. The role involves contacting customers, reminding them of pending payments, resolving basic queries, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining professional communication.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers regarding outstanding payments
• Explain dues, payment methods, and due dates clearly
• Follow up on promises to pay and update call remarks accurately
• Handle customer objections and queries politely
• Maintain collection targets and daily call productivity
• Escalate unresolved or disputed cases as per process
• Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines
• RequirementsMinimum 10th / 12th / Graduate qualification
• Good communication skills in English and local language
• Basic knowledge of collections or call center process preferred
• Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets
• Willingness to work in shifts, if required
• Skills & CompetenciesClear and persuasive communication
