Job Description
- File Preparation & VerificationReview and verify all client documents as per the latest embassy/consulate checklist.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of application forms before submission.
- Coordinate with clients to collect any missing or additional documentation.
- Maintain an updated knowledge of visa guidelines, procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Application SubmissionSchedule appointments at VFS, BLS, or embassy centers as required.
- Prepare visa files (hard copy and digital) for submission.
- Personally visit visa centers for submission and biometrics, when necessary.
- Ensure timely filing of applications and maintain proper tracking of each submission.
- Client CoordinationCommunicate with clients regarding submission dates, document requirements, and updates.
- Provide regular status updates to the client and internal team.
- Handle client queries regarding submission or application tracking with professionalism.
- Liaison with External AgenciesCoordinate with embassies, consulates, VFS/BLS offices, and other authorized visa centers.
- Ensure smooth communication and problem resolution during submission or post-submission stages.
- Collect and deliver passports or other documents after visa decision.
- Applicant should have telugu and Hindi speaking skill
