Summary We are seeking an experienced Telecaller to join our team in Chennai. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads, and for following up on leads to convert them into sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be persuasive, and be able to work under pressure. Responsibilities: Making outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads Following up on leads to convert them into sales Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer concerns Updating customer information in the database Collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets Achieving weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and sales Conducting market research and providing feedback to the management team Maintaining a record of all calls made and results achieved Requirements: Telecaller Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Good knowledge of sales and marketing principles Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Ability to persuade and influence customers Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software , please send your resume and a cover letter explaining your qualifications and interest in the position.
