Job Title: Restaurant Waiter / Server

Job Summary:

We are looking for a courteous and efficient Restaurant Waiter to provide excellent customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will ensure customer satisfaction by delivering food and beverages in a timely manner and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Present menus and provide detailed information on dishes and beverages
• Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff
• Serve food and beverages promptly
• Check on customers to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints politely
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, utensils, and glassware
• Clear tables after guests leave and maintain cleanliness
• Process bills and handle payments (cash, card, digital)
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist in maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness and organization
