Job Description
- Table Service Areas: Ensuring tables are clean, sanitized, and properly set with silverware, glassware, and napkins.
- Public Areas: Keeping the dining area, including floors, windows, and furniture, clean and presentable.
- Restrooms: Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in restrooms, if applicable.
- Dishwashing Area: Assisting with dishwashing and maintaining the cleanliness of the dishwashing area.
- Trash Removal: Properly disposing of trash and ensuring waste receptacles are emptied.
- Following Health and Safety: Adhering to all health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service and hygiene.
- Water Refills: Regularly checking and refilling water glasses for guests.
- Other Beverages: Assisting with serving other drinks, potentially including bringing beverages from the bar or assisting with self-service beverage stations.
- Stocking: Ensuring that serving stations are adequately stocked with necessary items like water, ice, glassware, napkins, and other condiments.
