Warehouse Executive (2pm To 11pm)

Objectives of this role: 

1. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including vendor management, 

inventory control, and ensuring efficient and organized workflows. 

2. Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency — with customer satisfaction the primary 

goal — by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, 

monitoring, and managing operational goals 

3. Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage 

requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods 

4. Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and 

long-term performance goals. 

5. In Charge of incident management and reporting as per warehouse policy. 

6. Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics 

7. Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and 

action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service 

8. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and 

procedures and by complying with legal regulations 

9. Ensure SHE Guidelines and ensure the safety audits being followed at the warehouse regularly. 

10. Keep in touch with Local Ambulance, Fire department, Manage Local human Safety Kits and 

PPEs to ensure the safe working at warehouse. 

Responsibilities: 

1. Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space 

management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service 

2. Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize 

efficiency and minimize overtime 

3. Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when 

necessary
