Warehouse Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Oversee daily activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock records, conduct audits, resolve discrepancies, and manage stock rotation.
• Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, schedule, and lead warehouse teams to ensure productivity and adherence to procedures.
• Process Improvement: Implement strategies to optimize space, streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
• Safety & Compliance: Develop and enforce health, safety, and security protocols and ensure compliance with policies.
• Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and other internal departments for smooth logistics.
• Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and warehouse activities.
