Brief about the Team

The candidate will be managing aspects of output in the areas. The team works closely with the org-wide leadership team, business, product, growth, and category teams to drive operational excellence and strategic initiatives. The team works on special projects and innovations that aim to deliver high impact.

What will you do?

·      Ready to manage a team of 50+ employees with 24 hrs operations.

·      Timely physical receiving of the goods in WH as per appointment given to

·      suppliers.

·      Managing Physical Validation for 24 hrs ops.

·      Managing Good Received Notes for 24 hrs ops.

·      Managing put-away for 24 hrs ops.

·      Managing purchase return of the stocks maintaining supplier’s SOP timely.

·      Managing the buying plan and appointments with all the suppliers.

·      Managing Inventory Replenishment and staging.

·      Managing JIT (Day to Day real-time basis SKU procurement).

·      Managing runners for on-time delivery of the purchased goods at the fulfilment canter.

What we are looking for

·      Bachelor’s degree (B.com/BBA)

·      Good Communication Skills

·      Min 3 to 5 Years of experience in E-commerce / Warehouse Operations

·      Knowledge of advanced Excel and system knowledge.

·      Knowledge of the local language is an added advantage.

·      Willing to work rotational shifts.
