Web Developer - Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full Stack Web Developer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications. This role requires strong expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, along with a solid understanding of databases, APIs, and deployment practices.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain dynamic and responsive web applications
• Build user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern frameworks and libraries
• Develop robust back-end logic, APIs, and database structures
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services
• Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability
• Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers
• Perform code reviews and follow best coding practices
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
• Handle deployment, hosting, and basic server management
• Maintain documentation for development processes and workflows

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

Front-End Skills

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Experience with React.js / Angular / Vue.js (any one or more)
• Good knowledge of responsive design and UI/UX principles
• Experience with Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or similar frameworks

Back-End Skills

• Strong experience with Node.js / PHP / Python / Java (any one or more)
• Experience in building RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of MVC architecture and server-side logic

Database Skills

• Experience with MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
• Ability to design and optimize database schemas and queries

Version Control & Tools

• Proficient in Git / GitHub / GitLab
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.)
• Experience using IDEs like VS Code, PhpStorm, or similar

Deployment & Hosting

• Experience with hosting platforms such as AWS / DigitalOcean / cPanel
• Basic knowledge of Linux server environments
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is a plus

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in PHP development, with at least 2 years of experience working with Laravel.

- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and unit testing.

FAMILIARITY WITH AGILE METHODOLOGIES

• Preferred (Good to Have)Experience with RESTful or GraphQL APIs
• Knowledge of SEO-friendly web development
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Headless CMS, etc.)
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development methodologies
