Job Description
- Website management: Oversee the daily functionality of the e-commerce site, including design, layout, user experience, and ensuring it is bug-free and loads quickly.
- Product and sales management: Manage product listings, pricing, and promotional offers. You will also be responsible for inventory, order processing, and online payments.
- Marketing and promotion: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media) to attract and retain customers. This includes running sales and promotions to increase sales.
- Customer service: Handle customer inquiries, manage feedback, and ensure timely resolution of issues. This helps in building customer loyalty.
