Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented candidates to join our team as Worklist Incharge / Documentation Executives at International Exposition Mines Service (IEMS). This role is ideal for candidates who possess excellent handwriting, written communication skills, and are committed to maintaining accuracy in documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain clear and neat handwriting for all written documentation.

2. Demonstrate strong writing skills to draft, document, and summarize tasks and updates.

3. Understand assigned work, record it properly, and ensure timely follow-ups.

4. Monitor and report the status of work completed by the team.

5. Ensure accurate record-keeping of daily work activities and reports.

6. Continuously improvise work methods to deliver better results each day.

7. Collect and maintain proof of work completion with proper team signatures.

Required skills
