📌 Job Role :

• SummaryWe are looking for a creative and motivated 2D / 3D Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense and basic to intermediate knowledge of 2D and 3D design tools. This role is perfect for freshers who want to build hands-on industry experience.

✅ Key Responsibilities :

• 2D DesignDesign social media creatives, posters, banners, and visual layouts
• Create branding materials such as logos, brochures, and templates
• Develop illustrations and digital artwork
• Prepare artworks for both print and digital platforms
• 3D DesignCreate 3D models, environments, and product mockups
• Render visuals for presentations, advertisements, and branding
• Apply textures, lighting, and materials effectively
• Support motion designers and video editors with 3D assets
• General ResponsibilitiesUnderstand project briefs and execute designs accordingly
• Manage multiple revisions and meet deadlines
• Maintain organized project files and folders
• Export and deliver files in required formats

🎯 Skills & Requirements:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of 2D and 3D design
• 2D Tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva
• 3D Tools: Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D
• Strong understanding of design principles, composition, and colour theory
• Basic knowledge of 3D modeling, texturing, lighting & rendering
• Creative mindset with visual storytelling ability
• Good communication and team collaboration skills

🎓 Educational Criteria :

• Minimum 12th pass
• Any degree accepted
• Backlogs do not matter

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 (Fixed)
• Annual CTC: ₹1,80,000
• Performance Review: Every 3–6 Months

🕘 Working Hours:

• 7 Hours per Day
• Work Days: 5 Days per Week
• Week Off: Any 2 Days Between Monday–Friday (Flexible)
