Anugragha Builders is hiring Site Supervisors to oversee daily construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and as per quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise on-site construction work and labor activities
- Ensure adherence to drawings, safety norms, and quality standards
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Monitor material usage and site progress
- Prepare daily site reports and updates
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Ability to manage workers and site operations
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
