Job Title: 5G Communication Technology Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced 5G Communication Technology Trainer to deliver comprehensive training programs on advanced wireless communication and 5G technologies. The trainer will be responsible for teaching students and professionals the foundational and advanced concepts of 5G communication, including architecture, protocols, hardware, testing, and use cases. The role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex topics for learners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and deliver engaging training sessions on 5G Communication Technology based on structured course modules.

Teach topics including:

1. Advanced Wireless Communication Networks (ISO-OSI reference models, protocols, standards).

2. 5G Technology Basics & Use Cases (requirements, services, standardization).

3. 5G Network Architecture & New Radio Technologies (NR, mmWave, small cells).

4. 5G Networks (RAN, O-RAN, C-RAN, core & transport networks).

5. 5G Hardware (implementation and integration).

6. 5G Testing & Measurements (physical layer, system testing).

7. Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and practical lab sessions.

8. Conduct hands-on sessions using network simulation tools and telecom equipment.

9. Evaluate learners’ performance and provide feedback and guidance for improvement.

10. Stay updated with latest advancements in 5G, IoT, and wireless communication technologies.

11. Develop case studies and industry-oriented projects to enhance practical learning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.

• In-depth knowledge of wireless communication principles and 5G technology.

• Experience in network architecture, RAN, core networks, and hardware implementation.

• Familiarity with telecom testing tools and protocols.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

• Ability to simplify complex technical topics for different learning levels.

• Strong problem-solving skills and practical exposure to telecom environments.
