Academic Counsellor (Sales)

We are looking for a confident communicator from any sales background (Insurance, EdTech, Retail, or Banking) who loves meeting people and closing deals.

Must have experience in Direct Sales , Call Handling and Face-to-Face Customer Handling.

Tuesday is the weekly week-off

Role: Academic Admission Counsellor (Sales)

Location: Anna Nagar / Virugambakkam / Royapettah - Work from Office

This is NOT a field job and NOT just a telecalling job.

We need a professional Counsellor to:

• Call leads to invite them to the institute.
• Meet students/parents who walk in.
• Close admissions and collect fees.
• Upsell advanced courses to existing students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Calling: Convert leads into center visits (walk-ins).
• Direct Counseling: Meet students/parents in person and close admissions.
• Relationship Management: Regular feedback calls and upselling next-level courses.
• Targets: Achieve monthly registration and revenue goals.

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in English.
• Comfortable with sales targets.
• Graduate degree mandatory.

Performance Bonuses and Incentives based on monthly target accomplishments, lead conversion and walk-in handling skills. Candidates with experience in EdTech, Coaching Centers, Insurance, or Hospitality are preferred.
